- Record the customer details in a database for exclusive use by Avro Books for completing transactions and promoting Avro Book products and services.
- The customer details will not be sold or otherwise passed onto a third party.
- On receiving a request from the customer, the customer details will be removed from the database.
- The Guestbook entries are reviewed prior to publishing on the website. If the content is deemed unsuitable then the entire message will be deleted. If the content is reasonable but some words are inappropriate then these will be masked with ####. There will be no attempt to alter the intent of the message.
